Return Policy

We hope that you will be totally satisfied with your order. If you are unhappy for whatever reason, we are happy to offer refunds on full priced items within 30 days of receipt of your goods.

Refunds can only be given on products that are returned within the poliicy time of 30 days and in their original/correct packaging and condition.

If any parcel is undelivered or appears lost with the courier, you must notify our customer services team within 14 days of placing your order. We do not accept any repsonsibiltiy for any missing,lost or damage parcel claims outside of this period.

We allow exchanges for the same value as the original product/products. If you'd like to exchange for a different size please see the returns portal or email us at support@vantagelondon.store. Once the return is received this will be processed and store credit will be issues via email in order to place a new order for the exchange you'd like. There is also a link to the exchange and refund for at the bottom of this page.

We hope that you are happy with your purchase from Vantage London, however we understand that sometimes things just aren't quite right or that you might change your mind. We are able to offer a refund for any unwanted items that are returned to us in a new, unworn and saleable condition with the original packaging and all Vantage London garment tags and labels still attached.

All returns must be made within 30 working days of you receiving your order, if your order is returned back to us past the return policy of 30 days your return will be rejected.

If free shipping is applied to the basket and part of the order is returned, placing the order value below the free shipping quota, the refund value will be reduced by the cost of standard shipping to the customer address.

Returns should be wrapped securely in appropriate packaging to ensure the goods arrive with us in their original condition. Please ensure the return is sent back to us in 1 single parcel, failure to do so may result in a refused return.

Please ensure your return is sent using a tracked service with a note including the details of your return.

Returns are at the cost of the customer. You may use any courier you wish; however, you are entirely responsible for the returned goods until they are signed for at our warehouse. We advise that returns are made via recorded delivery and/or that a proof of postage is obtained, in the unlikely event that these should go missing in the post. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange for returns that fail to arrive with us and where no proof of postage/tracking is available.

We aim to process all returns/refunds within 21 days of receiving your parcel at our warehouse. Refunds will usually clear into your account within 5 working days, however this can vary between banks and can take longer if you are an international customer.

Gift card exclusions

    • Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. Gift cards cannot be re-sold. Vantage London cannot be held liable for lost or stolen Gift cards or be used without with permission of the owner.
    • Gift Card will expire in 12months.
